| FAQ | Can a foal over ingest any nutrients by consuming 2 to 12 along with nursing from the mare? Following the feeding instructions will allow you to provide the correct nutrient levels for your foal. Will a foal miss out on any key nutrients by, maybe, not nursing as much? No. Mare's milk will no longer provide optimum nutrition after the foal is 60 days of age. 2 to 12 will simply supplement those nutrients not supplied by the mother's milk. Can I feed too much? Yes, we always suggest you follow the feeding instructions for best results. |

Micah Lewis –
We switched to 2 to 12 due to not seeing hardly any growth or development on another feed + supplement (+ grass brome hay) from October through December. After switching to 2 to 12, within 43 days we have seen her height improve, her mane, tail, and feather are making significant improvements, and she has healthy muscle development! We are very impressed with this supplement and will be keeping her on Pennwood supplements for the rest of her life! She also loves this product (I make it into a mash with pelleted feed). I don’t even need to halter her, she meets me at the gate, walks into the barn and leaves behind her herd friends in the dry lot without even a second thought when going into the barn to feed. Thank you for a wonderful product.
